I am in love with the new fully vegan restaurant @ippudov that is by the @ippudo group here in Brooklyn! I’ve already visited twice this month and still want to go back to try more. The drinks and desserts were fair, but the ramen were heavenly! Absolutely loved all of them and I highly recommend to try it out even if you’re not vegan!

The gyoza was fantastic, especially when paired with the chili powder on the side – highly recommend trying it that way. The signature tonkotsu vegan ramen was also delicious, but I found it really came to life when I added the spicy side sauce and some chili powder. The space has a bright and airy vibe, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. Plus, the location is super convenient – just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit. Our server was friendly and attentive, but it was clear he was stretched thin as the only one of two people handling all the tables. Feedback: My only critique is about the billing process. Our server took a lot of time to get us our receipt and realized that he mistakenly charged another customer for our bill. He then gave us someone else’s bill to pay, claiming it was a similar amount. I felt this was odd and unnecessary – why not just generate a new bill with the correct items? This mix-up left me wondering afterward if I had overpaid.
I’m a diehard Beyond Sushi fan and this place was a fantastic alternative. Spacious and aesthetically pleasing interior with a variety of seating options for small or large groups. Great variety of menu options whether you’re looking for salad, ramen, or sushi. My friend and I ordered the Kali Kali Kale salad, Brooklyn Bridge & Super Mario Bros rolls, and the seaweed fries. Lovely service, clean restrooms. Will definitely be back soon to sample the rest of the menu!
A great variety of vegetarian options. Delicious and flavorful vegetarian ramens. Hummus with nori crackers is so good. Or simply order a smooth and enjoy your time there since the environment is so nice and relaxing.
Great delicious Ramen!! Friendly service and beautiful ambiente. The vegan chocolate mousse surprised me a lot because I'm from Switzerland and its heavy to compete with ours

I'm not vegan, but this place really does surprise you. The food was very delicious and truly flavorful. We got the Platon Ramen, Vrooklyn gyoza, Edamame, and for dessert, we got the sakekasu cheesecake. We will definitely be coming back again.
Ippudo V has genuinely become a staple in my rotation of restaurants. From the amazing sushi, to the scrumptious appetizers, I am obsessed!!! Any time I go the servers are kind but most recently, Vincent made me and my friend's dinner exceptional. Such great service and charm!! Their ramen is also some of the best I've had. The super Mario bros roll, tuna-eat roll, and tonkatsu ramen are mandatory if you're going. They also have such good cocktails and mocktails. 10/10
